About me

I would feel comfortable saying that I am an experienced interpreter, qualifying from the University of Central Lancashire in 2011. I wholeheartedly love the job and everything it entails but over the years realised something pivotal was missing; supervision was not offered or even available which, looking back, I can now see the impact that could have potentially had on both my work and personal life.

In our profession, we constantly balance our own and others’ expectations, while also navigating external pressures with minimal if any outlet.

Now, having regular supervision I value the space to share in a non-judgemental and fostering environment.

In high-pressure professions supervision offers a safe space to discuss challenges, stressors, and difficult cases, which can help alleviate emotional burdens. It encourages self-reflection, helping the supervisee look at their own practices, biases, and assumptions and is also a place to celebrate our successes.

I offer remote supervision sessions and a free 30-minute introductory session where you can ask any questions and explore how supervision could benefit you.
