About me

I am a BSL/English Interpreter, qualified in 2017 after working as a CSW since 2004. I qualified as a Professional Supervisor in 2024 through the 360 Supervision course. I also work as a Parent Advocate for parents going through the Child protection procedures and understand the value of having a safe, confidential space, non-judgemental space to reflect on your practice working in spaces where your work has an impact on people’s lives.

Supervision has been an essential tool to protect my health and wellbeing, discover strategies to help me improve my practice, and avoid burnout, and I believe that it is necessary to ensure longevity in our career.

I offer in person and/or remote sessions to interpreters and allied professionals (in education, health and social care), for both individuals and groups.

I offer an initial free supervision session so we can both get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. Supervision works best when there’s trust, openness, and a shared understanding of how we might work together, so this first session is really an opportunity for us to explore that.

During the session, we can talk about your current practice, what you’re hoping to get from supervision, and the kind of support that would be most helpful for you. I can also explain how I approach supervision and answer any questions you may have.

There’s absolutely no obligation to continue afterwards. The aim is simply to give you space to experience what supervision with me might be like before making a decision.
